Show Me How To Live

I'm getting addicted to this blogging lark. I can't actually go a day without posting something. Whether it be micro-blogging on Twitter or on here talking about what ever pops into my head. If you per chance are following are follwoing me on twitter you would have just been notified that i have decided to start a list of 100 songs to ssave your life. The main reason i have chosen to do this is that i was inspired by an episode of One Tree Hill.

I expect some of you have done a double take at that. In fairness 12 months ago, i would have done the same. However, since then i have become addicted to the soppy teen-soap from across the pond. The frist few series are a bit tedious in my opinion but i still love them. The episode in question is entitled "Show Me How To Live", hence the title for this blog entry, One of the main characters in OTH, Peyton, makes a video diary where she mentions creating a playlist of 100 songs which are stored on an iPod in a sort of time capsule for her unborn child. The reason for this being that Peyton has been diagnosed with some complication which could may result with her dying during child birth. This is what inspired me to make my own playlist.

I have some rules however:
1. I cannot use more than one song by an artist/band.
2. I musn't just copy my music library from iTunes.

This is going to be tough, I shall be scouring my music libraries and the airwaves to compile my list. One little comment though for those who actually read this blog, if you have a suggestion please comment, but if you don't agree with my choices which i will be posting after I get to certain landmarks ( after every 10 songs) please don't complain, make your own if you don't like it, obviously following my rules :).

As before i leave you with a youtube video, this time being the video to the first song to make it onto my playlist. The reason for it being on my playlist.... It's Journey.

Don't stop believing
